How is commercial work priced?
Roofline and building edges are the same $13 per foot. Entrances, monument signs and trees are quoted per element after we look at the property. You get one written number for the season.
Can you invoice the HOA or management company?
Yes. We invoice the entity that hires us and provide the certificate of insurance up front.
Is this part of the $13 per foot?
The roofline price covers the lights, install, timer, in-season repairs, takedown and storage. Add-ons like trees, wreaths, garland and path lights are priced on their own so you only pay for what you want.
